Expand your knowledge of disease state management, prevention of disease, patient outcomes and wellness in a program that reflects changes in the practice of pharmacy in pharmaceutical care. In 2001, Creighton University started the first accredited Distance Pathway, providing a full-time method to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, designed so students can complete a Doctor of Pharmacy program from wherever they are located. Our innovative distance learning pathway covers the same material as the traditional program, but offers students the flexibility of completing coursework using distance education technology. Students complete laboratory courses and other activities in Omaha during two-week sessions each summer of enrollment. Clinical settings for our PharmD students are diverse and numerous. We have over 1000 established relationships with clinical sites across the United States and internationally, with over 30 elective opportunities to choose from, including unique opportunities in Medication Therapy Management.
